Armourfast do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Conditions of Use Retail Terms and Conditions

These retail terms and conditions apply to all retail transactions through this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any time so please ensure you revisit this page before purchasing in future.

You have the responsibility to ensure the information you supply to us is correct. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

Prices, Payment and Delivery

All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds sterling.

All prices shown on the site include VAT. This will be deducted at checkout if not applicable.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If you would like to pay by cheque, account or bank transfer please contact us in advance

Cancellations

For items purchased via our site or over the telephone you may cancel an in order in full (but not in part) at any time within fourteen calendar days, beginning on the day after you receive the products (Cancellation Deadline).

If you wish to cancel an order you may do so before the Cancellation Deadline by providing us with a clear statement that you wish to cancel by phone on 01375 677994, by email to [email protected] or by post to TDL Moulding Ltd.., Unit 4 Orsett Ind. Park, Stanford Road, Orsett, Grays, Essex RM16 3BX. If products have already been despatched to you prior to you exercising your right to cancel, you must return such products as soon as is reasonably possible and in the any event within fourteen days of you informing us of your desire to cancel. We recommend that you send the products back to us using a signed-for delivery/courier service and obtain proof of delivery.

If you submit a valid cancellation request before the Cancellation Deadline and (if applicable) send or return any products to us within fourteen days of such cancellation request, we will refund you the full purchase price of your order and our standard delivery charge within fourteen days of either: (a) receiving your cancellation request (if no products have been despatched to you); or (b) if products have already been despatched to you, our receipt of such products. Unless expressly agreed otherwise by us, we will make such refund using the same method of payment that you used for the original order.

Youy must take good care of the products while they are in your possession. We may reduce the refund due to you if any products returned to us have suffered any diminution in value due to your handling of such products.

Returns Policy

If you receive your item and discover it to be damaged or faulty you may return them to us and either request a replacement or a refund within fourteen days , beginning on the day after you received the product. The refund will include the cost of delivering the item back to us provided evidence is also sent.

Intellectual Property

All data on the Armourfast site is the property of TDL Moulding Ltd. If you wish to use any images, copy or graphics you must obtain permission from TDL Moulding Ltd. prior to use.

Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your legal rights as a consumer.
