Re: Bunny says hello :)
Hi MrsW... Totally my fault over the delay in letting you in - just been really busy. Only 100 tanks... so still a starter, then  Yes, the Armourfast range are really neat models. There are some compromises - eg track details, back of wheels, fire extinguisher on PzIV, etc, but they're easy eno...

Re: Christmas Present from Armourfast
Been away myself - really busy with work... but these do look nice kits - though quite expensive.
Also, I already have 13 of the Matchbox ones, so difficult to justify these... I think...

Re: Anybody home... ?
@HH - Yes a CNC machine (at least as I understand it  ) allows moulds (or should that be molds, or is that just American??) to be cut directly from a 3D software model. So rather than having to make the mo[u?]ld by hand - or at least the basic design before being cut by machine - it's done dire...

Hi All, Just had a great catch-up with Tracy at AF; she's happy with me sharing the following... The reason why everything has been quiet at their end is that they've been on furlough - Tracy has been sheilding & with shops being shut & so few bulk orders coming in it made sense to only go in when n...

Re: Lend and Lease Shermans M4A2
Hi Privosky,
We used to be able to as you can see from the comments, so not sure why we can't now & looking after the "back end" of the Forum is above my payscale (let alone beyond my tech knowledge!!)
Sorry can't be more helpful
Cheers
Colin

Re: New kit
Hi Ash, As I've just mentioned on your inrtoduction post where you mention the T34, the build instructions are on the back of the box - with so few parts (which is one of the great bonuses of the whole AF range) they don't need to be too expansive. However, if you are struggling where to glue someth...

Re: Anybody home... ?
Hi Sarge, No, not heard a thing about that. I've tried contacting both Tracy & Nicholas on several occasions both by phone & email, but not had a reply - which is certainly unusual. I did wonder whether this was because of lockdown & possible furlough. Companies House still shows Armourfast (London)...
