Re: M-18 Hellcat

@Ronan - appropriate videos most definitely not a problem (the draconian measures recently taken by me were as a result of some less appropriate videos being posted... ) And good to hear you in the video reminding everyone of the real reason that they need to be kept away from under 3's... "they'll ...

Once it's been read, it goes into your SENT messages folder... It's something that's been bugging me for a while & so just hea...

Re: Dealing with Spammers

OK, so all "Members" that have never posted have now been deactivated on the way to being deleted.

There are two new registrations that I'm not fully happy with email addresses, but am going to approve & watch carefully as sometimes we pick email addresses for good reason...

Re: Cromwell, "Desert Rats", Normandy 1944

Stephen,

Shouldn't your post have read... "...to be targets for..." :D

I recall my first visit to Normandy, went into the Tourist Info place in VB & it took them ages before they could find any info on Wittman; at least now they have a small booklet

Re: Quickbuild British armoured cars

Not at all, Dave, it's good to have robust discussions :-)

Re: WWI colours

Hi HCH, That's a good question... I shall annoy Tracy & Nicholas later in the week & see if I can get a "Heads up"... of course, there will then be a flurry of "oh, why don't you do this first?" Re: WWI colours

Hi guys... OK, Sarge, I'll let him off :D HTH - I can't particularly comment on WW1 colours, but each year I visit Normandy & see both re-enactors and museum exhibits of uniforms & what I can say is that very few of them are the same colour as each other... or any painting guides that I've seen :lol...
